Manufactured by W.K. Electric in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 1925 or 1926.

The Winther Bros Built many radios in the 20's then sold to Wilcox Gay in 1930. They also started and owned an Automotive manufacturer in Kenosha during the 30's and that became Nash then American Motors in later years.
